For Snellen chart, if a person is 20/30 what’s does that mean?
I remember it by thinking “the patient always comes first”. so patient can see at 20 ft what others see at 30 ft. (That’s if it was written 20/30)
Visual acuity is expressed as a fraction.
The top number refers to the distance you stand from the chart. This is often 20 feet (6 meters).
The bottom number indicates the distance at which a person with normal eyesight could read the same line you correctly read.
For example, 20/20 (6/6) is considered normal. 20/40 (6/12) indicates that the line you correctly read at 20 feet (6 meters) away can be read by a person with normal vision from 40 feet (12 meters) away.

How to treat DACROCYSTITIS?
lacrimal sac massage
(downward towards mouth) 2-3
times daily, antibiotics 7-10 days
Sound lateralizes to affected ear (buzzing sound heard louder in affected ear) – otitis media, ceruminosis, perforation of TM
