If a pilot is not authorised for or the aircraft is not capable of IFR flight (or night VFR), what is the latest time a VFR flight can still launch?
Whichever time allows the aircraft to land at the destination or alternate at least 10 minutes prior to last light.

Visibility:
SFC-A100: 5km
A100+: 8km
Cloud:
1000ft vertical
1500m horizontal
Cloud (class G only below 3000’ AMSL or 1000’ AGL):
Clear of cloud and in sight of ground or water
What is the VMC criteria for class D?
Visibility:
5km
Cloud:
1000ft above
500ft below
600m horizontal
