Lose = verb in the infinitive form or in the present tense.
Example: I always lose my keys. He will lose his job soon.
Lost = verb in the past or in the past participle form.
Examples: Yesterday, I lost my keys. All lost items must be reported.
Loss = noun (Example: It was a big loss.)
