Hi, I’m Pamela Gertrude B. Roque. I’m a hospitality management graduate from La Consolacion University Philippines. I’m a self-driven person who’s always willing to learn and passionate about the things I like. I like music, traveling, and baking.
where is your workplace
I’ll be having my internship at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines in Cedar Creek, Texas.
I saw that it was just 20mins away from Austin International Airport.
what will you do during day off?
I’ll be a tourist. I want to visit the local shops, attractions, and restaurants just to explore and know more about the area.
what is your plan after the internship?
I will return to the Philippines to apply to one of the top hotels here like Hyatt or Aman Resort with the experiences and skills that I will gain from this program I know it will help me become more effective and more qualified to be part of the food and beverage department as a f&b manager.
why did you choose us for internship?
It will literally help me to grow out of my comfort zone. It will be a great opportunity to get the best training possible and work in a country where the majority of the world-class hotels are and that would further develop my social and cultural skills, especially working in a diverse workplace.
