This talks about habits, facts, and truths. It follows the format IF/WHEN + SIMPLE PRESENT + SIMPLE PRESENT.
Ex:

ZERO CONDITIONAL
This is used to talk about things that might happen in the future. It follows the format: IF/WHEN + SIMPLE PRESENT + WILL + BASE FORM
Ex:
“If it rains, I will not go to the park.”
“If I save enough money, I will buy new shoes.”
“If the babysitter arrives, I will leave.”
FIRST CONDITIONAL
This is used to talk about things that are impossible/unlikely to happen. It follows the format IF + PAST SIMPLE + WOULD/N’T + BASE FORM
Ex:
“If I won the lottery, I would buy a large mansion.”
“If I met the Duke, I would say hello.”
“If I were the president, I would lower the taxes.”
SECOND CONDITIONAL
Also called “Past Unreal,” imagines a different past/there is a past that already has a result, it expresses regret. It follows the format IF + PAST PERFECT + WOULD/HAVE + PAST PARTICIPLE

DETERMINER
Refers to how many (or the amount) of something is.
QUANTITY
The appearance or the description of something.
OPINION/QUALITY
Describes how big or small something is.
SIZE
Describes the form/outline of a noun.
SHAPE
Describes how old or young(new) something or someone is.
AGE
The appearance of noun based on its color.
COLOR
Where something/someone comes from.
ORIGIN
What something is made out of.
MATERIAL
Describes the function or what something is used for.
PURPOSE
These describe, an adjective, or another adverb.
Ex. Beautifully, Always, Above, Often, etc.
