Energy systems used in physical activity? Flashcards

1
Q

Q

What is the ATP- PC system?

A

The ATP-PC system resynthesises, ATP anaerobically (without oxygen). This energy system is used by the body for short maximum intensity and last between 10 and 15 seconds.
