Stage IA
IA1: Non aggressive histology limited to polyp or confined to endometrium
IA2: Non aggressive histology with <50% MI w/ no or focal LVSI
IA3: Low grade limited to uterus and ovary (<50% MI, no or focal LVSI, absence of additional mets, unilateral ovary w/o capsule involvement)
Stage IB
Non aggressive histology with ≥50% MI, and no or focal LVSI
Stage IC
Aggressive histology limited to polyp or confined to endometrium
Stage II
IIA: invasion of cervical stroma of non aggressive histology
IIB: substantial LVSI of non aggressive histiology
IIC: Aggressive histology with any MI
Stage IIIA
IIIA1: spread to ovary or tube (except when meeting IA3 criteria)
IIIA2: Involves uterine subserosa or spread through the serosa
Stage IIIB
IIIB1: mets or direct spread to vagina and/or parametria
IIIB2: mets to pelvic peritoneum
Stage IIIC
IIIC1i: pelvic micromets
IIICii: pelvic macromets
IIIC2i: PA micromets
IIIC2ii: PA macromets
Micromet: 0.2-2mm
Macromet: >2mm
Stage IV
IVA: invasion of bladder mucosa and/or intestinal bowe/mucosa
IVB: abdominal peritoneal mets beyond the pelvis
IVC: Distant mets to any extra- or intra-abdominal LN above the renal vessels, lungs, liver, brain, or bone
