1 Thessalonians 4:17
Then we, the living, the survivors, will be snatched away with them in clouds at the same time, to meet the Lord in the sky. And so we will always be together with the Lord.
The rapture of the church
Christ comes in the clouds to “snatch away” all those who trust in Him.

The rise of the Antichrist
A satanically empowered man will gain worldwide control with promises of peace (Rev 13, Beast out of the Sea), helped by the “false prophet” who leads a religious system requiring the worship of the Antichrist (Rev. 13, Beast out of the Earth)
The tribulation
Seven year period of God’s judgement (Rev. 6-16)
The Battle of Gog and Magog
First part of tribulation, Israel is attacked by an alliance of several countries, but stopped by God’s supernatural intervention (Ez. 38-39)
The Abomination of Desolation
Midway through tribulation, Antichrist breaks his covenant w/ Israel. Many Jews turn to the lord. A great persecution breaks out against believers. (Rev. 12)
The Battle of Armageddon
End of tribulation, Jesus returns w/ armies of heaven and defeats armies of the Antichrist. He and the false prophet are thrown into the lake of fire. (Rev. 19-20)
The judgement of the nations
Christ judges survivors of tribulation, separating the righteous from the wicked (sheep and goats, Matt. 25)
Wicked go to hell
Righteous enter millennial kingdom
The binding of Satan
Satan bound and held in bottomless pit for 1,000 years.
The Millennial Kingdom
Jesus rules the world for 1,000 years, peace and prosperity (Rev. 20)
The last battle
Satan released, deceives the nations again, they rebel against God and quickly defeated.
Satan cast into lake of fire forever
The new creation
God completely remakes the heavens and the earth. New Jerusalem descends from heaven, eternity with God “begins”

For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath but to receive salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Since you have kept my command to endure patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come on the whole world to test the inhabitants of the earth.
