Does the Bible teach that people can be possessed by demons?
Yes, we have examples in the Bible of Jesus driving demons out of people. But Christians cannot be possessed.

Is it Biblical for us to bind demons in the name of Jesus?
We are told to put on the armor of God to protect ourselves Ephesians 6:10-18 and resist the devil James 4:7
Nowhere does Jesus tell us to cast out or bind demons. We are called to share him name and we know that if a person accepts Jesus they cannot be possessed.
What does the Bible tell us about Satan?
Created, Ezekiel 28:13
Was a guardian cherub, Ezekiel 28:16
Has a final destination, Rev 20:10
Will not rule in Hell, Ezekiel 28:17
Is Satan free to do as he wants?
Still has access to God and is under His rule, not free to do as he pleases

When Satan and God talk. They make their deal and God tell Satan not to harm Job
