This is an emergency announcement.
Please check that your seatbelt is securely fastened.
Place the hood of your survival suit over your head and pull up the zipper.
On the command BRACE-BRACE-BRACE, assume and maintain the brace position until the helicopter has come to a complete stop and follow instructions.
