A

First: in a cardiac tube — Truncus, bulbus cordis, primitive ventricle, primitive atria (grows longitudinally)

  • Heart loops to the right of the embryo (D-loop)
  • Primitive atria rotate posteriorly
    • Long axis of atrioventricular canal
