aerial perspective
When buildings or hills look lighter/duller in color and less distinct than closer objects
linear perspective
When lines are extended by dotted lines and meet at a point.
vanishing point
When things converge or come together at a point in the distance.

Things that are lower in a picture appears closer to us than something that is higher.
size
Things that are larger in a picture appear closer to us than something that is small
overlapping
Placing objects on top of each other and erasing lines so that there is a clear foreground and background

The height of the viewers eyes relative to the ground.
two point perspective
Involves vertical lines and two sets of converging lines. No horizontal lines.
