What does a generator switch do?
1) Turns on and off the generator and
2) Resets the GCU
What does the Bus Tie Isolation switch do?
Isolates the onside generator to its own AC Bus.
It’s a split electrical system and this switch keeps the system split.
What is the purpose of the TRU switches?
When Left Main TRU Switchlight is pressed IN, Left Main TRU will be powered by the Right Main AC Bus and R AC caption will illuminate.
What makes the GND SVC BUS light come on?
When the GND SVC BUS is being powered by something other than its main power source (the R MAIN DC BUS).
When will a no break power transfer occur?
When there is an IDG in the power transfer and there is no failure.
What is the logic of the AUX TRU?
Essential before main. Left before right.
