3.8.1 AC - Sources Operating
The Following AC Electrical sources shall be Operable:
A. Two qualified circuits between the offsite transmission network and the on-site Class 1E AC Electrical Power Distribution System;
AND
B. Four Diesel Generators capable of supplying the on-site Class 1E AC electrical Power Distribution System
Applicability: Modes 1,2,3,4
Notes:
1. LCO 3.0.4.b is NOT applicable to DGs
2. Enter applicable conditions and required actions of LCO 3.8.9, “Distribution Systems-Operating” when any condition is entered with no AC power source or any shutdown board resulting in a de-energized shutdown board

1A-A and 2A-A 6.9 Shutdown Boards
CSST D Supplies Which Train Shutdown Board
1B-B and 2B-B 6.9 Shutdown Board
Which Transformers are grouped together?
CSST A and D
CSST B and C
480v Shutdown Board Normal Voltage Limits
450 - 515 volts
6.9kv Shutdown Board Normal Voltages
6560 - 7260 volts
Load Shed Circuit Operation
CSST A or B OOS
BOTH Hand Switches in Active
Dual Unit trip
Trips #3 and #4 RCPs on both units
(Prevents no more than 4 RCPs on a single CSST)
