Insertion: Radial tuberosity
Innervation: musculocutaneous nerve (C5,6)

Function: flexion of elbow
Origin: Anterior surface of the humerus, distal half
Insertion: coronoid process of ulna
Innervation: musculocutaneous nerve (C5,6)
Brachioradialis M.
Function: Flexion of elbow
Origin: Lateral supercondylar ridge of humerus
Insertion: Radial styloid process
Innervation: radial nerve
Tricep M.
Function: Extends the elbow, long head extends shoulder
Origin: Long head- infraglenoid tubercle of scapula
Lateral head- posterior humerus
Medial head- posterior humerus
Insertion: Olecranon process of ulna
Innervation: radial nerve
Anconeus M.
Function: extension of elbow
Origin: lateral epicondyle of humerus
Insertion: olecranon process
Innervation: nerve to anconeus, from the radial nerve
