A

Argues that boredom is not a mood created by an individual but rather it is the world that is boring and that it draws itself away from us and isolates us, we try to escape from it by attempting to pass the time and if we are bored we are trapped in time

Research on playing computer games but without the assumption that they are fun, by looking at an interview study in 2005 with people who regularly played video games, they found that because this was a regular routine, it was not regarded as a fun activity by many but rather as a way to pass the time
