A

The population growth means vastly increased amounts of waste. The waste we produce presents us with some difficult problems if it is not handled properly it can cause serious pollution.

A

The increase in the number of people means more and more land is being built for houses shops and industrial sites and roads. We use billions of acres of land around the world for farming to grow food another crops for human use and in quarrying we dig up great areas of land for re-sources
