tachycardia
hyponatremia and dehydeation
why can a patient on mannitol develop pulmonary edema?
rapid shifts of fluids
why can a patient on mannitol experience tachycardia?

how would we know the effectivness of the medication?
decrease amount of prssure
loss of weight
better neurological status
if a there is crystallization in the vial what should the nurse do?
