Cons: impatient/too direct to people who aren’t also action communicators/ quick to judge people

Pros: Systematic/logical/organized/detailed plan when decided
Cons: require extensive details to make decisions/ slow/ cautious/ too controlling
People communicators pros/cons
Pros: Spontaneous/focused more on building relationships rather than getting information across
Cons: too sensitive/ struggle to make difficult decisions and communicate poor diagnosis/prognosis
Idea communicators pros/cons
Pros: Innovative/charismatic/creative/ dont get stumped easily
Cons: too others, ideas can seem really abstract and difficult to communicate/ difficulty staying focused

Pre-contemplation: not aware of problem
Contemplation: aware of problem and just started considering change
Preparation: You are intending to take action and make preparations to do so.
Action: Taking the actual action
Maintenance: maintaining actions taken in action step for long-term
