” I produced the document to allow for clear comparison of the cost and resources proposed across the project
- This was for the first stage tender
- Required tenderers to set out resourcing and fix preliminary costs prior to PCSA
- Sections included: Site set up, Staff / Management, Commercial, Running Costs, Other such as H&S legislation
As part of this for the wider tender I included the PCSA fee’s “

”- Produced based on ER’s and for the second stage of tender following PCSA
- The detail followed NRM structure but did not always specify products
- Quantities were not specified asside from GIA and NIA
On Eddington you produced the CSA. What are the benefits of a CSA?
- Allow for tenders to be returned in the same format for comparison
- If it is in the ER’s then contractors are obliged
