A desert is a barren area of land where little precipitation occurs consequently living conditions are hostile for Poland and animal life.
Taiga
Is the coniferous evergreen forests of subarctic land,covering vast areas of northern North America Eurasia.
Tundra
A vast,flat,treeless arctic region of Europe,Asia and North America in which the subsoil is permanently frozen
Tropical rainforest
Is a hot moist biome found near the earths equator
Grassland
A large open area of country with grass,especially one used for gazing.
Producer
Either an green plant or bacterium that takes energy from the sun and makes its own food.
Consumer
A heterotrophic organism that feeds on other organisms in a food chain.
Decomposed
An organism, often bacterium or fungus, that feeds on and beaks down dead plant or animals matter, thus making organic nutrients available to the ecosystem.
Herbivore
Is an animal that gets its energy from eating plants, and only plants.
Carnivore
Is an animal that gets its food from killing and eating other animals.
Omnivore
Is an animal that eats both plants and animals for there main food.
Food chain
Shows how each living thing gets food, and how nutrients and energy are passed from creature to creature.
