Provide fire-exits, fire sprinklers, fence on water heaters, and boilers.

It is reasonable to believe that creativity can be enhanced if
something is known of the relationship between structural and
constructive design options and the cost of implementation. This
is actually the cost of the building structure and its maintenance costs.
ECONOMIC COST
Added costs of building are professionals fees, the cost of landscaping. Permits and licenses, and Interior Design.
