Advantages-Grown all year/Resist disease/More nutritous
Disadvantages-Unethical not real food/Cheaper but people think poverty should be solved instead of cheaper food.

How is biotechnology used for mass production
A
In insulin it is inserted into a bacterial plasmid. This is then cloned as the bacteria reproduces.
In mycoprotein.pH and temperature must be optimum for growth and the nutrinets allow for fast growth.
