Q

What does this ECG show?

A

LBBB

  • WilliaM
  • V1 - W shaped tips of QRS complex
    • broad complexes
  • V6 - M shaped tips of QRS complex
      • broad complexes

the implication is that ST segments are uninterpretatble - hence ischaemia/MIs cannot be determined
