What’s the deal with Ebola in Semen?

Is intact skin an adequate protection against Ebola?
Yes.
Why isn’t there an Ebola vaccine?
Because there hasn’t been the research. Neutralising antibodies are produced in response to Ebola, which implies that it is a good target for vaccine.
