How is anorexia nervosa treated?
structured eating plan with oral nutrition
psychotherapy
What endocrine symptoms do you get in anorexia?
amenorrhea
decreased sexual interest
impotence
What characterises bulimia?
recurrent episodes of binge eating followed by compensatory behaviours e.g. self induced vomiting, fasting, excessive exercise, laxatives
How is bulimia treated?
CBT
