It is followed by attemps to undo the overeating

C: How often do behaviors happen?
A) Episodes of binge eating. The person is:
-Eating alot within a 2 hour time frame
-Cannot control how much they’re eating and cant stop.
B) Compensatory behaviors to prevent weight gain:
Self-induced vomiting
Misuse of laxatives
Diuretics
C) Binge eating and Compensatory behaviors happen at least 1x a week for 3 months

Russell sign (callus on knuckles from trying to vomit)

eating until feeling very full
eating even when not hungry
eating alone or discretely
