test you might consider in someone with a query eating disorder

What is refeeding syndrome
caused by drastic shift in electrolytes as the body quickly uses up new source to repair itself
what is important to look out for to indicate refeeding syndrome
hypophosphataemia
when is refeeding syndrome likely to occur following initial feed
4 days after - however use constant monitoring of bloods to try and avoid this
if a patient is really sick, what is the best initial management
