describe the nitrogen cycle
nitrogen in the air-reacts with water;plants can use it:nitrogen fixation(bacteria)make ammonia:Animal wastes also return to the earth as nitrates.
Describe the phosphorus cycle
found in rocks,weather/erosion:goes into water-plants use it(DNA): animals eat plants: poop & plant materials and decay through bacterial action
