A
- abnormally slow HR, <60 bpm
- most often an atrioventricular block
- pacemaker as intervention

Tachydysrhythmia
A
- abnormally fast HR, >200-300 bpm
- common in kids
- can lead to congestive heart failure (CHF)
- typical presentation: irritability, poor eating habits, pallor
