Why is salbutamol a good adrenergic agonist when it comes to treatment of astma, in comparison to isoprenaline?

Salbutanol is B2 selective which results in fewer side effects. The drug doesn’t activate B1 receptors once activated is linked to increased heat rate. Stimulating B2 and B1 would mean that we have relaxation of the airways but a high heart rate.

Better bioactivity since it isn’t metaboliseb by COMT.
