The argument

A
  • Suebi did not like the royal title of their leader Maroboduus. Arminius (of the Cherusci) was popular as champion of freedom. So some deserted to arminius’ side, except for arminius’ uncle who was too proud to serve under his nephew, his followers went to the Suebi.
