A

-Hypersensitivity
-Severe hepatic liver impairment or active liver disease
-Given in past 4hrs or at daily maximum (4000mg)
-if overdose is suspected

Cialis in last 48hrs)
-Anemia
-Pericardial issues
-Hypovolemia or hypotension
-documented right sided acute MI
-systolic BP under 110mmHg
-HR less than 50 or more than 150

Nitroglycerin dosages
0.4mg SL every 3-5mins up to 3 times. -must call clinical prior to admin if patient has no prior prescription or for more than 3 doses -Verify systolic BP and HR before every dose

Self-administered relief from moderate to severe pain suggestive

P.A.I.N.D.I.E. S.A.D.F.C. -pneumothorax -air embolism -inhalation injury -nitroglycerin in last 5 mins -decompression sickness -inability to comply -enclosed spaces -shock -abdominal distension -depressant drugs -facial injuries -COPD
