Approved for MS too (Nat)

Don’t pick for mild, but do if it’s progressing d/t failing therapy

Acute and/or severe UC/CD uncontrolled by other drugs

Acute hospital flares (add to other drug they’re already on)

Use for as short amount of time as possible

Not for maintenance unless steroid-dependent
