IV Dose
Adult: 2-5mg followed by 2mg every few minutes until pain is relieved or until respiratory depression ensues
Ped:0.1-0.2mg/kg

Adult: 1-4mg, 0.015mg/kg max first dose 2mg, max cumulative dose 4mg
Ped: 0.015mg/kg
