-Hypersensitivity to:
ipratropium
atropine
alkaloids
peanuts

-headache/dizziness
-nervousness/tremors
-dsypnea
-worsening COPD symptoms
-hypertension
-tachycardia
-palpitations
-flushing
-MI
-dry mouth
-nausea/vomiting
-GI distress

Adult: 5mg up to 3 doses in conjunction with albuterol
Peds: same as adult
