How do we manage severe drug reactions
A
Advise patient to wear medical alert bracelet
Train patient with adrenalin auto injector

How do we investigate drug reactions
A
Measure tryptase at least 2 and 24 hours post reaction
Look at FBC: for haemolysis, eosinophillia and platelets
Look at renal and live function
