Gauges

A
  1. Speedometer: it is working properly, I checked when I let bus roll to 5 mph.
  2. Air pressure gauge: it is working properly, must build air to governor cut-out (120-140 psi) tested during air brakes test.

The next three gauges can be found locked in the 5th compartment.

“If I were to check the-

  1. Oil pressure gauge, I would make sure it is working properly, and check that pressure gauge shows increasing or normal oil pressure or that the warning light goes off on dash”
  2. Voltmeter gauge, I would check that the gauge shows alternator/ generator is charging or that the warning light goes off on dash”
  3. Temperature gauge, I would make sure the temperature gauge is working. Temperature should begin to climb to the normal operating range or temperature light should be off on dash”
