start dexamethasone + organise MRI head and CT CA
Then –> neurosurgeons, and then –> clinical oncology
Management of compression?
- dexamethasone
- urgent MRI within 24hours
- CT with spinal reconstruction
- Put him supine
- Talk with Neurosurgery & Clinical Oncology
