Knee: flexed, extends
hip: flexed
shoulder: flexed
trunk: extending, flexing
wrist + ankle are isometrically extended

downdog: shoulder + knee muscles lengthen eccentrically, hip flexors shorten concentrically

insertion: deltoid tuberosity of humerus

Flexes + medially rotates arm at shoulder as arm moves from 90 degree flexion to more flexion
