A

There are some 받침 which can be composed of two different letters.

For example the verbs:

넓다, 않다, 읽다, 앉다, 싫다, 없다

If you find a syllable with double 받침 which aren’t followed by anything, including other consonants, you can’t pronounce both..

A

SO you have to pronounce sometimes the first consonant, sometimes the second.

Examples of double 받침 not followed by anything where you can’t pronounce both and..

where the first consonant prevails.

ㄳ→ㄱ
ㄼ→ㄹ (sometimes ㅂ, basically ㄹ) 
ㄽ→ㄹ
ㄵ→ㄴ
ㄾ→ㄹ
ㅀ→ㄹ
ㄶ→ㄴ
For example:
앉→안
앉다→안따
넋→넉
넋다→넉따

  • Only in one case:
    ㄹ prevails on ㄱ and it is the word “읽기” which is pronouced “일끼”.
For example:
읽→익
읽다→익따
닮→담
닮다→담따

A

If a double 받침 is followed by a vowel, the last consonant moves to the other syllable.
