Delivery order form

A
  • sheet given at the same time of the delivery of the merchandise.
  • document is kept until the return of extra merchandise and billing
    1. delivery date and name of the event
    2. name of the item
    3. number of full bottles returned to the cellar
    4. number of bottles sold - number of empty and opened bottles (quantity delivered - quantity returned to the cellar)
    5. initials in order to be identifiable

  • Use: control at the delivery, return non-consumed bottles
  • Why: limit “coulage”, control of billing (Both side)
  • Procedure:
    + give back unconsumed bottle
    + received quantity - quantity given back = quantity sold
    + quantity sold = empty bottles
