Team members should be selected and appointed based on relevant experience rather than anything else

Good minute taking provides clarity on what has been agreed or disagreed and and action to be taken to resolve the issue.

Being clear who is responsible and accountable for what.
Monthly progress meetings as a minimum enable all project parties to be informed of changes and give them an opportunity to advise on how their respective discipline may be impacted.

gain 2+ additional quotes,

Communicating with other team members;
On UPS I worked on a traditional contract with a high level of change.
I worked with an immediate QS/PM team as well as AECOM design team and also had to regularly meet with the client and contractor to agree and report on change.
Relationships with other team members –
Always best have positive,
friendly relationships with other team members.
Be clear on what your responsibilities are on the projects well as team members.
Collaborative working
Wrexham project –
Main contractor having cashflow issues.
Could have created an adversarial relationship and been critical of their performance under the contract.
However, a collaborative / supportive approach was adopted as believed would lead to best outcome for all project stakeholders.
