What did you learn in the diversity and inclusion workshop?
A
It was interactive and we discussed unconscious bias, where you have associations that you are not aware of based on your upbringing surroundings. We also discussed using neutral language to avoid being sexist

Why is diversity a good thing?
A
It helps bring new ideas and viewpoints, rather than everyone thinking in the same way which can prevent growth.

Why is teamworking important?
A
It allows you to coordinate different individual strengths and weaknesses to deliver better results than if an individual was working on something
