What is workplace diversity?
Means a company hires a wide range of diverse individuals. Diversity of gender, race, ethnicity, age, language, educational background.
Define inclusion in the workplace?
A work environment in which all individuals are treated fairly and respectfully and have equal access to opportunities and resources.
What is unconscious bias?
The underlying attitudes and stereotypes that people unconsciously attribute to another person or group of people, that affect how they engage with that person or group.
What is the difference between a Team and a Committee ?
A committee is a group of people appointed for a function.
A team is a group of people aiming for a common goal.
What is the difference between leadership and management in teamwork?
Leadership - Setting a new direction or vision for a group
Management - controls or directs people in a group according to the principles that have been established.
