Efficient communication is information presented in a clear and concise manner
Effective communication is to accomplish a purpose; producing the intended or expected result.

A
Discussions to reach a compromise or agreement. Can be informal or through a facilitated negotiation process

What do you need to think about before entering into a negotiation?
A
- To what level am I authorised to negotiate?
- Do I have sufficient facts and information?
- The character I am negotiating with
- What I want the outcome to be
- Areas where I am willing to compromise

A
A parties admission to something which could be used against them in court.
