How are team members selected and appointed?

A
  • If a role within the team/company becomes available, this will be posted on the G&S website as well as social media. HR and the department will select CV’s that have been sent in
  • Next, those who have been selected through suitable skills and experience will be interviewed face to face by HR and the department head, there may be need for a second round of interviews
