What is Equality?
A
Ensures everyone is given equal rights, dignities and freedoms as others, and is given equal access and opportunity

What is Equity?
A
Equity means fairness, this is different from equality and equality simply means everyone is given the same opportunity but may not be treated fairly within that. For example, two people may be given the same chance to apply for a job role, but that is not to say they both will be considered.

A

- Each individual is unique and different.

A
The act of including everyone within something regardless of race, gender, sex, sexual orientation etc.
