Promotes excretion of chloride, hydrogen, potassium, phosphate, magnesium, calcium, bicarbonate.
May produce arteriolar dilation.

Loop Diuretics MOA

Answer 2

Inhibits the reabsorption of water and sodium in the loop of Henle and the distal renal tubule. Increases excretion of water, sodium, chloride, potassium, magnesium, calcium. Persists in impaired renal function
