Q

Supplemental destination alternate

A

A destination alternate is always required. However, if the flight is operated between two C070 airports, you don’t need an alternate if the 123 rule applies for domestic. The same applies for international supplemental flights, if airports are in the C070 airports, the flag destination alternate rule applies.
